Golbsbet Terms and Conditions – Applicable to All Members

1. Introduction & Definitions

Golbsbet (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between golbsbet and all of its members.

By registering on golbsbet or continuing to use the site, you are considered to have automatically accepted all of these rules. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the platform.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. All previous versions are hereby superseded. golbsbet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on golbsbet, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. Any account opened outside these criteria will be considered invalid.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in the country from which you are registering.
• Each individual may open one account only.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Deposits must be made in your own name — depositing on behalf of another person is not permitted.

You must provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and phone number at registration. golbsbet may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawals will be held until KYC is completed.

It is the member's sole responsibility to keep their account password confidential. golbsbet will not be held liable for any loss arising from sharing your password or allowing another person to access your account.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Golbsbet supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳50 BDT (may vary by payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 BDT.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply — see the payments page for details.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 seconds to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is completed.

Deposited funds cannot be transferred to a third party. Funds in your account may only be used for betting and gaming. golbsbet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals on any suspicious transaction pending the outcome of an investigation.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Golbsbet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. These offers are entirely optional, and each comes with its own terms. Accepting a bonus means you also agree to those specific terms.

• The welcome bonus is applicable once per account only.
• Withdrawing a bonus requires meeting a specified wagering requirement (typically 5x to 30x).
• Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires.
• Generally, a second bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is already active.
• Golbsbet reserves the right to revoke any bonus if abuse is suspected.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on golbsbet and are binding for all members equally.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the deposit will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting change continuously; the odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• The maximum single bet amount varies by event and market.
• Accumulator bets are allowed, but maximum stake limits apply.

Golbsbet reserves the right to place any bet under investigation if unusual betting patterns are detected on a match. Betting through match fixing or the use of insider information is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on golbsbet. They may not only result in account closure but also lead to legal action.

• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Betting using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds.
• Match fixing or use of insider information.
• Bonus system abuse or fraudulent betting.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Attempting to hack or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Golbsbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breaching any part of the Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any existing real money balance will be made available for withdrawal before the account is closed.

8. Responsible Gaming

Golbsbet is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gaming is meant to be enjoyable — not a source of financial hardship. We encourage all members to play within their limits.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-exclusion options are available for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.
• Opening an account is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be referred to an international gaming arbitration body. International gaming law governs these Terms & Conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Golbsbet is not liable for the following:

• Gaming or betting losses due to internet disconnection.
• Any loss caused by an issue with the member's own device.
• Service suspension due to force majeure events (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
• If a member's account is hacked as a result of sharing their own credentials.
